Design, installation and maintenance are the three main components of our service.

A good interior design is one where the plants compliment the surroundings and blend into it. We put together a design that considers the variety, size and quantity of plants that will achieve this goal. We then choose a planter style. The style of planter you choose can impact the look of an interior as much or sometimes more than the plants. We have many styles available and will help you make the best choice to match the color and form of your interior design.

Installations are typically scheduled within a week of acceptance. This time line can be delayed if a planter style has to be brought in from another province or country.

Maintenance services include watering, cleaning, pruning, pest control and replacement of plants through our written guarantee. We also offer flower rotation programs. The purpose of properly maintained plants is to enhance the atmosphere of your interior environment. This extends to our maintenance service. The goal of your service technician is to leave behind healthy plants and satisfied clients. This is achieved through horticultural skill and by working in a friendly and professional manner with minimal disruption to the client.

Do you provide exterior landscape services?

We install and maintain seasonal bulbs and flowers for several of our clients as well as providing exterior planters but we do not provide services such as grass cutting and large scale rubish removal.

How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since 1991 under the same ownership. Many of our clients have been with us since that time.

How much does it cost?

Estimates are provided free of charge and are the best way to answer this question.
Each design is different. Lighting, size of plants and planter styles are all design choices that will change the cost of a project. Our philosophy is to use quality products sold at a competitive price and our goal is to build a long term client base. You don't accomplish this by selling low quality product or by focusing exclusively on high profit margins. You can expect a high quality product at a competitive price.

Do you rent plants?

Yes. We offer a rental program that includes full maintenance services.

Do you sell silk plants?

Yes. Areas that are poorly light or not frequently used are sometimes more suitable for artificial plants. We also offer silk flower arrangements.

Where do your plants come from?

We buy direct from established and reliable wholesale greenhouses that only sell quality product. All plants are held in shade greenhouses for an acclimation period prior to sale. They are spaced properly to allow proper light exposure and are checked for pests and health problems prior to sale.

Can I buy my own plants?

Yes. There is no real benefit to this however as the client is taking on the risk of pests, disease problems and lighting requirements. Plants purchased from us are high quality, very competitively priced and matched to suit your lighting and design needs. We also offer more varieties than a typical retail outlet.
